Pricing and payment
Yes. Every package has a fixed price and a clear list of what’s included, so you know the cost before you start. If you ask for something outside your package, we’ll quote it first.
Send us an enquiry. We’ll confirm the project and email you the payment instructions. Starter Websites are paid in full before work starts. Business Websites, Growth Websites and Online Stores begin with a 50% deposit, and the remaining 50% is due after you approve your website on our staging site and before launch. For logos, design, SEO and Care, we confirm how payment works before any work starts.
Yes. All our prices are in Australian dollars.
Only the ones you choose. Your domain name and hosting are paid directly to your providers, so they stay in your name. SiteBuddy Care, from $39 a month, is optional.
Process and timing
Choose a package and send us an enquiry. Once payment is confirmed, you complete a short online brief, review a private preview and send us your changes, then approve it and we launch it. See how it works.
A Starter Website’s first preview is usually ready within 5–7 business days once we’ve confirmed your brief is complete and we have everything we need. Timing pauses whenever we’re waiting on you. Business Websites usually take 2–3 weeks and Growth Websites 3–5 weeks.
No. Everything happens online and by email, at a time that suits you. You can email us any time at info@sitebuddy.com.au.
Your business details, your logo if you have one, your photos and answers to a short brief. No photos? For a Starter Website we can use up to 6 licensed stock photos chosen to suit your business.
Hosting, domains and ownership
No. Hosting and your domain name are paid directly to the provider you choose, so they stay in your name and under your control.
Yes. We can set up hosting and connect your domain in your own account for a one-off $79, or look after hosting for you with Hosting + Care.
You do. Once your website is delivered, the website and your content are yours. There are no lock-in contracts.
No. We build websites with WordPress, which needs WordPress hosting. Website-builder accounts like Wix, Squarespace or Shopify can’t host a WordPress website.
Changes, refunds and support
It depends on your package. The Starter Website includes one round of changes, the Business Website two and the Growth Website three. A round is one list of changes sent together.
For Starter Websites, you can cancel for a full refund any time before we start designing. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply. Read our terms.
If your first preview is delayed beyond the stated 5–7 business day timeframe due solely to a SiteBuddy delay, contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
We fix anything that isn’t working as agreed for 14 days after launch. For ongoing updates, backups and small edits, add SiteBuddy Care from $39 a month.
Logos, design and SEO
It helps, but you can get both together. Our $249 Starter Website + Logo package includes a simple starter logo. For more concepts, refinements and files, see our logo packages.
Yes. Once your logo is finalised and paid for, the final artwork is yours to use however you like.
Yes. We’ll follow your current logo, colours and fonts so everything looks consistent.
Usually 2–3 months for early improvements, with stronger results after 4–6 months. It depends on your industry and your competition. See our SEO packages.
